Estimated delivery times will appear at checkout. Please note that all estimated processing and delivery times are estimates only. Typical processing time is 5 business days except major sale days like 4th of July and July 17th; due to high demand - our processing time for major sale days is currently 10-14 Business days. Please leave a note at check out if you need your order sooner than our processing time or you can Add "Rush Processing" to cart to have your tee ready to ship within 3 business days. You can also call or text us if you need an order rushed (916) 426-3036. Rush processing is subject to approval.

We design, Screen Print, Embroider, pack, & ship every tee by our very own hands - using top of the line American made equipment, apparel, inks and threads. We do not use Heat Transfer iron ons, DTG printers, nor do we outsource any of our products to print on demand companies. Everything is made to order in studio.

You're welcome to tour our studio in Carmichael (Sacramento), California. We offer tours and an opportunity to print your own tee in house - free of charge. We also have a retail store located within our facility for Sacramento and Bay Area locals to purchase Park Hop Tees in-store. Contact us to book a tour (916) 426-3036. We'd love to meet you!

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES. Thank you for purchasing from parkhoptees.com We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days of you receiving your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Please note that we only offer refunds in store credit. Also, note that all Custom items including Customized Jerseys and t- shirts are not eligibe for return. We also do not offer returns or refunds on $20 clearance items and 50% off clearance items. We are more than happy to exchange but we do not offer returns or refunds on $20 and 50% off sale items. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges for used or worn items or items returned with animal hair.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges: Your item must be unused, unworn and and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging with tags. To complete your return please ship your items directly to: Park Hop Tees 5834 Robertson Ave Carmichael, CA. 95608 - or you can sign into your account here. You can also email gaby@parkhoptees.com to request an exchange. If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES. For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. If your return is accepted you will be issued a store credit in the amount of your order. Items eligible for a refund must be new, unused and unworn, with tags. If items are not new you will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at josh@parkhoptees.com to obtain a return authorization and address. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange. 
  3. RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING. Customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost for returned items. Please ship your return to: Park Hop Tees 5834 Robertson Ave Carmichael, CA. 95608 Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Customer is responsible for size exchange shipping cost. 
  4. ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE. Goof Tees and any sale labeled "ALL SALES FINAL" are not eligible for refunds. Items purchased using the sale; Buy 1 get 1 free, Buy 2 get 1 free, Buy 3 get 1 will be refunded minus the amount of the discounted item received. You will only be refunded the difference of the amount of the discounted tee. Returning an item purchased with a Buy and Get incentive no longer qualifies and voids the sale. 
  5. ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, Goof Tees, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
  6. CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused, and in salable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
  7. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds on returns, will be issued in store credit. Please note that your refund credit amount will be determined by the condition of the returned item. Items must be new, unused and unworn with tags to qualify for a full refund. If items do mot meet these conditions you will be charged a cleaners fee of $10. 
  8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that all international sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products before they are shipped and encourage international customers to carefully review their orders and sizing details before completing their purchase. Domestic Shipping:

Processing time is currently 7-14 Business Days plus and additional 5-8 Business days for. shipping. Standard Shipping is 5-8 Business Days. 2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 7-14 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and all major public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. Please note that processing times are not the same as shipping times. Please plan purchase accordingly. If you need an item sooner please text us at 916-426-3036 and request your item to be rush processed. Please note that we charge a $10 rush fee, per tee. 

3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the original date of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Items on sale are not be eligible for returns. All refunds for returns are paid in store credit only.

5. DELAYED SHIPMENT AND PROCESSING

In the case of delayed shipments due to carrier issues, Park Hop Tees is not responsible for lost packages. Once we deliver your item to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) we are no longer responsible for what happens to your package. 

In the case of delayed processing contact us at josh@parkhoptees.com. Our current processing time is 7-14 business days. we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all major holidays. if your order is not processed within 7-14 business days contact us immediately. 

6. LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES BY CARRIER

Park Hop Tees LLC is not liable for lost or damaged packages - especially if tracking shows your items were delivered. If your package shows delivered but was lost we are not responsible for lost by carrier packages or missing deliveries. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filling a claim with the shipping provider - however If you selected free shipping your shipment is not eligible for filing a claim. You must pay for priority shipping in order for your order to be insured by the carrier. 

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. most carries including UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
